Background

HH37P10 well is an exploitation well and horizontal well of the Honghe oilfield of Sinopec Huabei, the structure position belongs to the Ordos basin southern of Tianhuan Depression; The target layer is Chang812;The total length of HH37P10 well is 4142.0m;The total length of the horizontal section is 1850.6m（2291.4m-4142.0m）.HH37P10 well couldn’t run the preset string and the multi-stage well completion tools due to the hole trajectory, completion by hanging the liner after finishing drilling, liner size 4 1/2"；Because of the well that has no natural productivity and needs to put into production and the target layer Chang 8 oil-bearing formation of the fracturing stimulation is the low porosity and low permeability reservoir, Huabei branch implemented it by Surgi Frac fracturing after optimizing the technology of the horizontal well multi-stage stimulation. The operation task of the Surgi Frac fracturing of the HH37P10 was undertook by the Shenzhen Petro-King Oilfield Technology Ltd.

Solution

The Surgi Frac fracturing technology that the petro-king provided for the HH37P10 is set perforation, isolation, fracturing in the integration of the multi-stage stimulation.

The tools provided by the petro-king for this Surgi Frac fracturing job has brillante resistance of corrosion and large throughput of the proppant.Oct.28th,2012, the task of the 17 stages hydraulic fracturing of the HH37P10 well smoothly completed by used the jetting tools, the perforated quartz sand totally input was up to 18.97  ,proppant 218.52 ,max sand ratial 45%, max average sand ratial 20.53%.

Significant 

The smooth operation of the 17stage hydraulic fracturing in the Well of HH37P10 saved the operation time and the cost of replacing the gun, which further proves efficiency and reliability of hydraulic jetting tools provided by Petro-king. The 17stages multi-stage fracturing job smoothly finished by a set of tools ,setting the domestic record for the most stages hydraulic fracturing and the most stages completed by one set of tools. The successful implementation of the 17stages hydraulic fracturing of HH37P10 well provided many kinds of horizontal well multi-stage stimulation technologies and implemented experience for the Honghe oilfield of Huabei branch and proved the petro-king’s technical strength on the multi-stage stimulation of horizontal well.
