Background:

Henan Tun 1 well is a newly-developed tight sandstone oil and gas block, unconventional reservior. Its target fractured intervals exceeds 300m and the pressure coefficient of the targeted layer is less than 0.7, which increases difficulties in later stage of fracturing operation.

Solutions:

Petro-king provides the Fast-drill Plug and Perforation combined technology, to make it real that 5 stage fracturing in 1 day; mean while using the Fast-drill blank plug (No reverse flow) to prevent the pressure interference. Based on the fracturing in casing hole and mill out after the fracture, full diameter bore could be available. That could be the technical and mechanical base of this well work over later.

Petro-king provides 4 Fast-drill blank plugs with pressure rating 10,000psi, temperature 150 ℃+. The services include Fast drill plug setting, perforation, fracturing, and milling out; 100% success rate in isolation and perforation and milling out makes it’s efficiently finished 5 stages fracturing job in only 3days.

The successful implementation of Henan Oilfield Tun-1 well’s combined bridge plug running, setting, perforation and fracturing and plug drill out operations strongly proves the feasibility as well as reliability of fast-drilling plug technology that is provided by Petro-king.
