Project Background

Accompanied by the widely used of the plug & perf as the stage frac stimulation technology, more and more companies are working on the R&D of dissolvable bridge plug.

Solution

· As the leader of the stimulation technology in China, PK imported the fully dissolvable bridge plug from international manufactory and operation was done successfully.

· The operation included 3 zones and used dissolvable bridge plug and perforation in a single trip technology, which was applied inside the 5.5” casing and up to 1365m3 fluid, maximum rate 5.8m3/min, maximum proppant concentration 15.7% totally 105m3 proppant were pump during the operation.

· The full body of bridge plug and frac ball were dissolved completely to the powder after the fracturing operation.

Achievement

The negative factors what our talent team have overcome included low temperature, slippery weather, time limitation, etc. This successful job operation have guide the technology refresh for the coming fracturing technology.
