Project：CNOOC MISSAN Oilfield 175 Sets of Wellhead Control Panels Project

MISSAN well site has no power supply; with year-round sunshine, ambient temperature is high, the temp in the cabinet can be up to 73 degrees in direct sunlight. Faced with all kinds of tricky challenges, we use solar power to handle the power supply problem, solving high temp problem by using Henghe RTU; due to dramatic temperature variation between day and night, we adopt high capacity of accumulator to avoid the SSV automatically shut down.

As we all use high-performance materials and accessories, the entire set of WHCP performs perfectly in sealing and pressure holding; pressure can maintain 5 consecutive months of work, the whole system is reliable and stable.

WHCP with internal supporting RTU has achieved MISSAN oilfield wellhead automation. Upload wellhead oil temperature, pressure, voltage, frequency converter, ESP data to CPF which can remotely monitor the real-time status of each port, conducting remote control.
