The crude oil in MISSAN oilfield is high gas, high salt, high H?2S, high-density. Oil processing temp is only about 60℃, dehydration, desalting and hydrogen sulfide removing are difficult problems, and thus most of the test result of oil offloading is unqualified before, after Petro-king took over the project, based on detailed research of process, by improving chemical injection system, optimizing operating parameters, make the oil offloading 100% qualified. Win high praise from both Iraq and Chinese owner sides. In addition, we have written the operation procedures of key equipments in terminal treatment plant, establishing systematic production management and inspection regulations.

CNOOC has a upgrading for MISSAN oilfield based on original foundation, to improve the oil output from 70000 per day to 300000 per day, during the period, oilfield need rebuilding, constructing, commissioning, at the same time ensuring normal production, petro-king has been participating the all production, maintenance, construction, commissioning and daily management, providing experienced team to carry out the upgrading and commissioning service. Moreover, we have written the commission programs and solutions; win highly praise from customer for our excellent performance.
